You'll need to download the F45 Training Mindbody App. See below.
App Download Instructions:
1. Download our booking app:
F45 Training (iOS or Android).
2. Set up your profile with us at
F45 Training Cambridge Station using the same email address used in your purchase.
3. Head to the 'Booking' tab to view our schedule and book in for your first workout.
4. Please arrive 10 mins
early before your first session to meet the team!
